Right Around the Corner by Lisa Hannes
Sample in Hedgehog Fibres Sock, Film Noir & Graphite
So many color options, so little time! The Wool & Co. team is loving the Right Around the Corner shawl by Lisa Hannes. The dark grey & speckle color combo was knit by cast member Julie Kroeyr & really shows off the cool stripe pattern.
The shawl requires 820 yards fingering weight yarn in 2 contrasting colors, as well as a US 4, 40” circular needle (or size to achieve gauge).
Right Around the Corner is a triangular, sideways knit that begins with a few stitches at the right tip of the body, then it is worked across to the left edge to create the triangular shape with simple increases at the top edge. The 2 borders are then added by picking up stitches along the edges. The piece is simple enough for adventurous beginners & interesting for more advanced knitters as well.

Some fun yarn choices include:
Or go fade crazy with a Freia Shawl Ball + Tosh Merino Light solid/ tonal!
The pattern is available to purchase in store or on Ravelry.
Happy Knitting!
