Stay toasty in the Fall Stripes Sweater No. 1 by Josée Paquin. This comfy, casual piece can be worn with leggings, jeans or long skirts. Knit in Woolfolk Flette, the sweater feels simply amazing to wear.
Woolfolk Flette is a modern boucle spun from 100% Ultimate Merino wool. Ultimate Merino hails from the Patagonian Grasslands & has a micron count of 17.5 making it cashmere soft with the durability of merino. The DK weight of the yarn gives it a very nice gauge for an indoor pullover...not too bulky with just the right amount of warmth.
The sweater is knit from the top, starting with the back. Simple short rows shape the shoulders with stitches being picked up for the front. The piece is then knit to the underarm where everything is joined to knit the body in the round. The sleeves & funnel neck are picked up at the end & finished in the round.
When selecting your size, the designer recommends 6–14” of positive ease.
