Feature Pattern of the Week - The Oh So Fine Scarf

April Scarf by Beata Jezek,
Hedgehog Fibres Oh So Fine, color Sea Glass

Effortless & light with the perfect amount of drape is the best way to describe this 2 skein delight.

The April Scarf by the brilliant Beata Jezek is truly an outfit maker. This is one of those pieces that can be twirled around just about any top to finish the look. As the designer & founder of Ireland based Hedgehog Fibres, Beata creates her designs to be easy to follow, timeless & ultimately wearable.

Knit in Hedgehog Fibres Oh So Fine yarn (color Sea Glass), the scarf requires just 2 skeins of the fingering weight yarn & a size US 6, 24” circular needle. The meditative knit is worked flat with knits, purls, as well as some simple increases & decreases. It makes for relaxing travel, movie or backyard knitting.

Oh So Fine is truly the star of the show & a must-knit. The 2-ply, fingering weight yarn is spun with the softest cloud of 18.5 micron, 100% Merino wool. It is light & lofty with wonderful stitch definition.

Shop the complimentary pattern & collection of Hedgehog Fibres Oh So Fine at woolandcompany.com or stop by the store in South Elgin, IL. We also love these adorable Fox & Pine Brown Hedgehog Point Protectors as a project companion.

Happy Knitting!
