Feature Pattern of the Week - Wrapped in Greybow

Wrapped in Greybow by Tif Neilan,
La Bien Aimée Corrie Confetti & Corrie Worsted

Just arrived at Wool & Co. is La Bien Aimée Corrie Confetti, a special, limited edition yarn spun from Corriedale wool sourced from the Falkland Islands & recycled natural fibers that include upcycled La Bien Aimée yarn. The yarn is a unique confetti tweed that knits into one-of-a-kind sweaters, ponchos & accessories.

Wrapped in Greybow by designer Tif Neilan features this lovely yarned paired with 5 colors of La Bien Aimée Corrie Worsted. The “kite” construction shawl begins with a small amount of stitches. Thoughtfully placed increases & decreases create the unique shape of this generous wrap.

The bright, tweedy bits in the Corrie Confetti bring the party, while contrasting stripes of different colors of Corrie Worsted highlight the shape of the shawl & add a geometric element.

Here is everything you need to start knitting:

*Note- you will only need 24-74 yards of each color of Corrie Worsted, so you could repeat colors & use fewer skeins or use the remaining yarn for a fun striped hat or mittens.

The pattern is available to purchase in store or on Ravelry.

We love the 21 Color Slouch Hat & 21 Color Mitts by Virginia Sattler-Reimer for using up bits of worsted weight yarn!
