Designed by favorite knitwear designer Melanie Berg, Tamdou is a simple to knit & easy to wear shawl that will take you through the seasons & add a bit of fun to any wardrobe.
Knit in The Fibre Co. Cumbria Fingering, the asymmetrical triangular shawl has latticed lace sections interspersed with garter stitch stripes, and a splash of picot to bind off the edge.
The Fiber Company Cumbria Fingering (merino wool, brown masham wool, mohair) creates a fabric that is sturdy and soft, with a lovely drape.
The kit includes 3 skeins total of The Fibre Co. Cumbria Fingering (1 skein each of colors Hadrian’s Wall, Scafell Pike, Helvellyn), as well as a printed copy of the Tamdou Shawl pattern by Melanie Berg.
